Successful P-WAVE commissioning in Rouen
The revamping of medium-sized Kanadevia-type boilers at a waste-to-energy plant in Rouen supports longer boiler service intervals and a ten-year extension of plant operation.

In October 2025, we successfully commissioned our P-WAVE boiler-cleaning solution for Veolia’s waste-to-energy plant in Rouen, France.
As part of the revamping project, each boiler was equipped with three P-WAVE generators: one at the hopper between the second and third boiler passes and two in the horizontal superheater section.
The installation is designed to avoid manual explosion cleaning and extend the interval between boiler services from 12 to 18 months. The modernization also supports the planned extension of the plant’s operation by a further ten years.
